We are looking for a self-driven, dynamic, and ambitious individual to drive key strategic initiatives and contribute to organisational growth.

An excellent task master must be proactive, with strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Should be able to shoulder responsibility and make sure we deliver on committed timelines.

The goal is to execute the organisations strategy in collaboration with the core team to help the company achieve its AOP.

 

Key Responsibilities:


  1. To lead and execute organizational, business, and administrative projects from the Founder’s office
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive key projects 
  3. Set up processes to enhance organisational machinery
  4. Stakeholder management
  5. Play a key role in business management and growth
  6. Sales analytics and data driven sales optimization
  7. Work closely with the external agencies on matters pertaining to the Founder’s Office
  8. Conduct relevant research, prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, make sure the tasks are completed as per the agreed timelines.

Requirements:


  1. 3-5 years of experience
  2. MBA from a top tier college (preferred)
  3. Project Management Skills
  4. Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
  5. Experience in Startups/ Growth stage companies
  6. Exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
  7. Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Communication skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Time Management, Analytics and Presentation Skills
  8. Business acumen
